Das Kulturarchiv am Fachbereich IK (Informations- und Kommunikationswesen) wurde im Dezember 1995 gegründet im Rahmen einer Kooperation zwischen der Fachhochschule Hannover, der Universität Hannover und der Hochschule für Musik und Theater Hannover.

Research

Aufgabe des Kulturarchivs ist die Sammlung, Archivierung und Dokumentation von Schrift-, Bild-, Ton- und Filmmaterial, das nicht zum Sammlungsbereich staatlicher Archive gehört. Das Kulturarchiv unterstützt die wissenschaftliche Forschung, vor allem der beteiligten Hochschulen, und dient dem Praxisbezug der Studiengänge am Fachbereich IK.
